Eligibility
As we sell food products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
How to request
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll collect your bank/UPI details to issue the refund.
Non-returnable
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
